The Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Master Plan — approved in 2023 with a certified EIR — would remake 116 acres into a public park wrapped by a 2.5-mile promenade. It remains unfunded with no construction date, so the 2.2-mile loop path, the Meadow, and the dog park carry on as-is for now. On Sunset, new apartments are actually arriving: 74 units at 3004 Sunset delivered, 104 units at 3313 Sunset under construction, and a 121-unit project at 2511 Sunset cleared its appeal.
